The Tajdid Center for Thought and Culture seeks to establish a solid knowledge project concerned with intellectual rooting and the production of specialized knowledge in the humanities and religious studies, through critical scientific approaches that comprehend heritage and reread it in light of contemporary transformations. The Center works to link academic knowledge with reality, and to build a deep intellectual discourse based on scientific research and disciplined methodology, which contributes to developing theory and practice, enhancing awareness, and consolidating the position of thought as a tool for understanding reality and reshaping it on solid rational foundations.

Vision:

We see that human and religious heritages are living and vibrant heritages, capable of giving birth to new, vital and emerging readings, and creating true and flexible approaches between the heavenly religions with all the history, heritage and authentic heritage they carry on the one hand, and today’s human being with all the heritage and promising human products they carry on the other hand. From these standpoints, the Tajdid Center carries out a new and promising reading of the system of human, religious and Islamic heritage, a reading that is dynamic and capable of keeping pace with the times, truly contributing to achieving all of this, and moving forward in raising the banner of religious and human rooting and renewal.

• 3Interest in joint work with professors, experts, researchers, institutions and scientific centers whose goals are consistent with the center’s mission and objectives.
• 4Creating the appropriate environment and empowering young people by supporting their issues and development initiatives.
• 5Attracting young elites and talents and investing in their energies and talents that meet the center’s projects and goals, such as artistic, media, educational, and other talents.
• 6Monitoring the most important intellectual, cultural and religious problems and challenges that plague society, and trying to provide the best solutions to them.
• 7Work on developing a scientific study of the intellectual, cultural, religious and societal reality, with the aim of developing detailed plans for establishing intellectual and cultural activities of scientific and practical feasibility.
• 8Attracting female competencies, and working to discover scientific energies capable of production in the intellectual and cultural fields, especially those related to women’s affairs, their rights, and building their societal character.
• 9Monitoring, discovering and nurturing creativity and creators, and supporting them in various arts, humanities and religious sciences.
• 10Creating the appropriate atmosphere for dialogue with the aim of presenting and marketing the best mature intellectual, cultural and social options and solutions.
